We have had ours outside for weeks straight in direct sun and a couple of rainstorms. Not a speck of rust or corrosion on any part, no discoloration, no fading. Materials actually seem to be UV and water resistant.

Tank is big which means fewer refills but it also means it is heavier than the smaller blasters. My ten year old handles it fine but I would size down for a younger kid. Trade-off worth making for the extended play time.

Pressure is closer to a garden hose than a water toy honestly. My son hit the side of the fence with enough force that you could hear the impact from across the yard. Not a spray, an actual stream. Legit impressive.

My eight year old asked me to write this review. He says it is the best toy he has ever had and that his friends are all jealous. I will add that it shipped fast and has not broken once even after a month of rough play in the yard.
